If you’re a mom in business or a dad in business and you don’t have an hour to sit around brainstorming content… this one is for you.

Here’s the 10 minute content prompt I use on busy days like holidays, birthdays, or days I am swamped at my 9-5.

Instead of creating something brand new, I go into my Instagram insights and look for posts that had the most profile clicks or link clicks.

Not likes.
Not views.
Actual action.

Those are the posts that activated people.

Then I repurpose it.

New hook.
New angle.
Same core story or credibility.
Updated positioning.

That’s it.

You don’t need more ideas.
You need to leverage what already works.

This is how you grow visibility, increase conversions, and stay consistent without sacrificing time with your family.
